The homeowner called near the end of winter to have their roof inspected. The owner predicted snow melt was causing roof leaks on to the ceiling of the home. After a detailed inspection it was confirmed that ice damming on the roof was slowly deteriorating the lifespan of the roof. After identifying the issue and taking into account the age of the roof, the homeowner needed a completely new roofing system. Our roofing contractors installed a new certified GAF roofing system with seamless gutters to prevent ice damming. During the exterior renovations our siding contractors improved the home's curb appeal and value by installing new vinyl siding! With the included warranties this home is ready to be sold or lived in for many more years!
