Had a fantastic experience with Trinity Home Renovations. They were professional and very knowledgeable. From the time John came in to provide the estimate to the time the installers finished the project, the Trinity team was a pleasure to deal with. We had our main floor windows replaced along with our rear sliding glass door.
Trinity beat the price of a couple of the bigger name local companies and I am confident that the materials used were on par or better than those quoted by the other companies. The work was guaranteed and the products have a lifetime warranty. The lead time from estimate to install was about 4 weeks (half the time quoted by the other companies). The install team was very friendly and very accommodating. We have an 8 month old at the house and they were willing to help work around his nap schedule by moving to other areas of the house while he was sleeping.
The total project took about 4 days to complete (the door being replaced was non-standard and required more intense finish work than a normal install). Each day the team arrived when they said they would, and they always left the house as clean as it was when they arrived (or cleaner). They showed great attention to detail, they took the time to ensure the finish work was done right and to our satisfaction. The finished product is fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend Trinity to a friend.

During the past year I have employed Trinity to install a new roof and of recent, remodel a downstairs bathroom. The work of Trinity was superlative! Our roof was leaking and we desperately needed a new one so I opened the phone book and when I found Trinity I knew I had found THE company I could trust. John came over and covered all the ins and outs of what would be done, when it would be done and how it would be done. John and his Trinity gang completed the roof during a severe heat wave never wavered and completed the roof in record time. John also has his workers do extra little things without raising his fees which is not expected from most companies in Rochester.
John recently rebuilt our downstairs bathroom which is about the size of a phone both. My wife was very particular about this job and I cringed when I heard what she desired. John WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to find and install all that my wife wanted and my wife was delighted with the results. The job was so good that on the last day of work as the workers were preparing to leave, one of them found a spot on the wall about the size of a pinhead. They would not leave without the area being repainted! I would ask how many other companies would do that.
My wife and I are now preparing to do the upstairs bathroom and John and his Trinity crew have the job! They deserve it. John came by every day to supervise the work and make sure it was going as planned, and when it was done the cleanup was very thorough. The customer service from beginning to end was first rate. He responded to every communication in a timely and helpful fashion. A friend of our attends the same church as John, and she recommended him to us. We met with him and discussed replacing our roof. We were impressed with his work ethic, his willingness to spend as much time as was necessary to answer all our questions, and his openness in discussing his faith. After inspecting our roof, he told us that our roof was fine, just needed cleaning. We then talked to him about renovating one of our bathrooms. He told us that he could do the work and how long it would take and gave us an estimate that we considered very fair and reasonable. He and his crew completely gutted the bathroom. They repaired and leveled the subfloor; laid new floor tiles; tiled the walls; installed a vanity with sink, tub, commode, and cabinet; replaced lights; and installed a new mirror and all new fixtures. The job was done as John said it would be and within the time frame that he gave us. My new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and we are completely thrilled with it. John's crew for this job was friendly but worked diligently. They laid cloths over the floor and cleaned up every day before they left - even to the extent of getting on their hands and knees and using a whisk brush and dustpan to get up any tiny bits of trash off the floor. They always arrived on time to start work and kept us updated on what they were doing each day. We were asked regularly if we were satisfied with the work as it progressed and our answer was always "Yes!". I have never had so much work done in my home and been inconvenienced so little. They actually apologized for the noise they had to make to tear the old tile out. We highly recommend John and his company. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We have several more projects to do, and we are delighted that John is willing and able to do them. He and his crews are truly a blessing to us.

When John from Trinity came to my home to estimate the roof he was the 4th of 4 estimates I took. The first three were a real trip —one was scruffy, smelly, and short with me. The other two were used car salespeople and I felt like I was being scammed. Then John comes here and he's just a real guy. Genuine, experienced, and very relaxed. Still, I called on his references and a few of them were people I had met before - Rochester is a very small place sometimes. Well... There were all stellar reviews. I gave it a shot and signed a contract with John.
We are so glad we did. The roof looks amazing and his crew was so respectful. They were here very early (7am) and they did not play music that we could hear until after 9am and even then it was quite when compared to roofs that have been done in my neighborhood before. One of the ground workers (someone's gotta keep doing clean up) was a nice kid who had to compliment us on our blue shingle choice. It's nice to have happy people working on my property.
With a 50yr GAF warranty, an honest contractor, and hard working and kind laborers on the job I feel very confident in the home improvement we've made.

Even though there was an upgrade in the ‘70’s, the look was not stellar. We needed a makeover. Talking directly to the owner was a delight. "I hired Trinity to install a new roof, properly vent it, and paint the house along with some other minor repairs. Because it was late in the season I agreed they would finish the roof, and paint the house in the spring. I was impressed how diligent they were with the roof. Venting was a challenge as the attic was improperly finished years ago; insulation that was installed blocked proper roof ventilation. They installed baffles from the outside and vented between each rafter in the soffits. Later in the year we had a rare windstorm that damaged some of the shingles, and John and his team were there the next day and replaced the damaged shingles.
Painting also ended up being more challenging than expected. Poor adhesion on the old paint made for a longer than expected time to scrape and clean. I was impressed that every day they would clean every paint chip on the ground up. When it came time to paint the dramatic change in color I had selected,( light blue to bright yellow) which meant they had to paint 2-3 coats, which they did without question. The resulting job was all around excellent and very precise. Clean-up was complete and thorough. I would recommend Trinity to anyone seeing a home improvement contractor without hesitation. They are professional, trustworthy, hardworking, efficient, and reasonably priced."
